A proposal to amend the Constitution of the Frankenmuth Bible Church.

Should the membership of Frankenmuth Bible Church amend the Constitution of Frankenmuth Bible Church by adding Article XII, Section B?

The language to be added is as follows:

ARTICLE XII - AMENDMENTS AND LIMITATIONS
SECTION B - Limitations

Amendments of Article III and XIIB shall require a 75% quorum of all active
members (15) years old and above with a 90% approval of that quorum.
