You've Been Egged

This Easter, we want to encourage you to help us spread the Good News of Jesus in our surrounding communities by inviting your neighbors and friends to Easter at the Dow! We’ll provide everything you need to “egg” your neighbors yard and leave them with an invitation for Easter. All you need to do is sign up to reserve a kit, then stop by the Connection Center in the Commons to pick up your kit.

Flourish DEADLINE.jpg

Flourish:
A Women's Mentoring Journey

The heart of Flourish is to see women become firmly rooted in Jesus and the living Word of God. We believe a mentoring relationship between women of different seasons & stages can be rich soil for such growth. When mentor and mentee join together as deeply rooted women in God’s Word, they bear the fruit that only comes from soaking in His promises. Applications for this year-long commitment open on March 15th and close March 30th. We are looking for both mentors and mentees to join this ministry and begin flourishing together.

Launch Site Services

Over the past several months we have been laying the foundation for FBC to launch in a new location. In the February Launch Site Gatherings we gathered information from the various Zones as we are thoughtfully and prayerfully consider our next steps forward. This month we will be sharing a report from each of the Zones and will provide updates on where we are in the process. We hope to begin narrowing down the direction of where we believe God might be leading us. We look forward to these continuing times of prayer and planning.

March Schedule:
Zone 3 (East Region) - March 15th
Zone 4 (North Region) - March 22nd
Zone 5 (Central Region) - March 29th

Starting Point

If you are new to FBC and would like to learn more about what we believe at our church or get more connected, please join us for our next Starting Point on May 31st right after the 11:30am service (12:45pm). A complementary lunch will be provided. This will be a time for you to ask any questions you may have about FBC and get to know some of our staff and elders. You will have a chance to have some interactive discussion about the life in the church, ways to get connected, and your faith journey.

Following Jesus Class

Following Jesus is a foundational discipleship class at FBC for anyone who wants to understand what it truly means to follow Christ in everyday life. Whether you’re exploring faith, returning after time away, or ready to take your next step, this class walks through the heart of the gospel and the core rhythms of life with Jesus. Following Jesus is also the required pre-requisite for both Baptism and Membership at FBC, establishing a shared foundation for taking those next steps of obedience and commitment. Our next class will begin on June 7th. Limited spots are available.

FBC Youth.jpg

FBC Youth

FBC Youth is the place to be on Sunday nights! It’s a fun, high-energy, and welcoming space where middle and high schoolers can connect, grow, and learn what it means to follow Jesus. We’re all about creating a safe environment where students can build friendships, dive into God’s Word, and work out their faith.

Crew Nights are weekly gatherings where students come together to hear a message and then break into their crews. Crews are divided by grade and gender and are a space to talk, connect, and grow with people in the same stage of life. Crew Nights will be March 15th, and 29th. Middle School meets from 4pm - 6pm, and High School from 6pm - 8pm.

One Nights are bigger monthly experiences that are usually themed and designed to be invite-friendly. Students come together for food, worship, a message, and time to hang out. It is a night focused on building community, having fun, and growing in faith. One Night will be on March 22nd.

Brewed Brotherhood

Guys, join us the 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Saturdays of the month for Brewed Brotherhood, our Men's Coffee Club. All are welcome to come and enjoy at time of connecting and cultivating relationships. This takes place in The Commons at church from 7am-8am.
