Greg Deason

Greg and his wife, Lee, have been married since June 1974. They have three grown children and four grandchildren. Greg is from Evansville, IN, and Lee is from Neenah, WI, and they first met at church in Evansville.
Prior to ministry, Greg worked for several years in the oil and gas industry in the capacity of a Staff Landman, and later a Land Manager, overseeing leasehold negotiations and acquisitions for a Houston-based petroleum company. He also worked for several years as a Project Manager, for a nonprofit organization, overseeing a community transformation initiative in northeast Indiana. Greg has served in four churches in Indiana and Michigan including roles in Children’s and
Family Ministry, Community Outreach and Discipleship Ministry, Adult Education and Men’s Ministry, and as an Executive Pastor.
Greg attended the University of Evansville (Evansville, IN), San Diego Christian College (El Cajon, CA), and the Institute for Christian Ministries (Evansville, IN).
Greg’s hobbies include Civil War and WWII history, high school and college football and basketball, and spending time with grandchildren.
