Amber and her husband David have been married since May 2011 and they have two young boys. Amber grew up in Michigan and David grew up in California. They met in college and lived in Boise, Idaho for the first few years of marriage before moving back to Michigan. They have lived in Frankenmuth since 2015 and it has become home.
Amber has a degree in Biblical Studies with an emphasis on Cross Cultural Missions from New Tribes Bible Institute (currently known as Ethnos 360 Bible Institute). Before pursuing ministry in cross cultural missions, Amber was a preschool teacher, tutored elementary aged kids with special needs, and was a camp counselor. She also worked as a CNA and EMT. Amber has enjoyed the unexpected opportunity to work in Kids’s Ministry and has always been passionate about the high value Jesus puts on taking time to love, teach, and disciple kids.
Amber’s interest and hobbies include, outdoor adventures with her family- hiking, cycling, running, long walks, beach days and traveling to new places. She enjoys music, reading, and watching talent competition TV shows.
